If you have barcode printers on your factory floor then you should consider setting up a maintenance contract to cover you in those emergency times where you need a technician with a quick response to fix your problem. We all know that these problems can cause loss in production and in some cases can stop the flow of the whole factory.

Here are some ways you can avoid those bad situations...
1. Obtain a 12 month maintenance contract on either a 4 hour response x 4 hour fix or go for an 8 hour response x 8 hour fix. Depending on the age of your printer the 4 hour or 8 hour response may incur a ‘best endeavors to fix’ period due to the availability of parts. Call us to find out more....
2. Option two would be to purchase a spare printer to back you up. This will avoid any down time even if you have a good maintenance contract on your existing printer.
